As a Project and Program Manager – Vice President within Payments Operations – Payment Transformation Design & Delivery team you will be responsible for executing strategic and transformational agenda regionally and globally, and lead multi-year strategic programs for Account Solutions (AS) and Money Market Funds (MMF).

This involves transforming and consolidating Account Solutions and Money Market Funds products across Multiple LOBs and jurisdictions to respective single strategic platforms. You will also work with stakeholders to streamline operating model across different LOBs and functional groups to achieve scale and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive end to end execution and delivery of AS & MMF initiatives, define operations requirements, provide functional design, drive Operational readiness, manage pre- and post- implementation activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to perform Operations impact analysis and assessment on business initiatives, including capacity consideration, operating model, regulatory obligations and control processes
  • Identify and escalate any issues, risks or dependencies and facilitate communication across the impacted teams
  • Lead and drive client & data migrations from legacy platforms to new platforms. Understand current processes and challenges and define future state process and benefits with the goal of enhancing client experience, increasing automation/efficiency, and reducing risk
  • Develop trusted relationships with cross functional stakeholders within multiple LOBs located in Bournemouth, APAC & US, and foster an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility
  • Build and develop the right skills, experience, knowledge, and capacity within the team in support of the above

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proven experience in driving, executing and delivery of Account and/or Client onboarding, MMF, Liquidity or Payments projects within the financial services industry, with experience within either Product Management, Operations, or Technology development teams
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in Account-related products and Money Market fund offering in EMEA and WHEM locations
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and managing platform modernization and operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Attentive to details and ability to work independently, and with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management skills to meet strict project timelines and team objectives.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), ability to create and deliver executive summary and presentations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at both working group and senior management level

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • PMP or SCRUM certification
  • Experience and expertise from other domains in the financial industry will be considered
  • Knowledge on Liquidity Solutions products (e.g., Sweeps, Notional Pooling, Deposit, interest optimization products)
