Assist the Process Engineering Manager in setting priorities and leading analysts, as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participate fully on various cross LOB work streams to include, but not limited to, integration and merger

Keep current on trends and developments in lending in general and commercial lending, specifically.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in banking/commercial lending or equivalent education and related experience.

Ability to lead analysts and represent CCD on work streams.

Demonstrate strong mastery of all computer applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office software products.

Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as needs of the job change.

Interpersonal skills to allow effective working relationships with others at every level in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
• Advanced PC skills (Powerpoint, Visio, Excel)
• Experience in project management or working on project team
