Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience in managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires daily communication with global teams in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience working with executive leadership, and knowledge of Enterprise customers, cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc. to solve problems, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Ability to tailor and deliver compelling reports and presentations to the audience, asking strategic questions, and lead conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Ability to successfully deliver priority initiatives, process improvements, and manage change.
