Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field and experience working in product or service design

• OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field and experience working in product or service designequivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Additional or Preferred Qualifications(PQs)

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,

• Experience working in productandservice design

• OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
• Experience shipping games or products and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities

• You will drive a large scope of work with a high degree of autonomy and create clarity from ambiguity

• You will createmocks,wireframes, journey maps,prototypesand other elements to support interaction design. You’ll also participate in product UX improvements by creating interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products.

• You will clearly communicate and present your work and learnings to peers and managers within your studio team. You will also communicate user needs to team members and recommend ideas to create a compelling productive narrative.You will storytell to a diverse set of stakeholders on a frequent basis

• You willworkwithdesignpartners like researchers, program managers, and developers todeliver elegant, usable experiences

• You will collaborate with Engineering andparticipate in Experience Reivewsto ensure quality while developing the ability to challenge design limitations.
