Job Description

As the Senior Communications Manager, Monitoring Business, you will be responsible for the overall management and execution of business communication strategies, which includes items such as, planning and activation, employee and management communications, as well as executive thought leadership initiatives.

Your role:

  • In partnership with Marketing and Marcom: Content for Global / Regional Business Shows

  • In partnership with M&A Communications, support in the Business for M&A and divestments, plus integration communications when applicable

  • Communications agency management

  • Primary goals internally are to drive employee engagement around culture, understanding strategy, and being a best place to work - (Holistic) Net Promoter Scoring

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years’ experience, in strategic B2Bcommunications/marketingin aninternational/matrixedenvironment. Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred

  • Your skills include strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization. You possess exceptional abilities in communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups and have a proven track record in media relations that extends beyond traditional product PR. Additionally, you demonstrate an adeptness in managing high-pressure situations and navigating sensitive issues effectively and with tact.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree preferred

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world, strong ability to creatively problem solve

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $136,000 to $216,000.
