Duties: Serve as subject matter expert on reporting and business intelligence tools and align industry-standard processes and methods with business objectives to deliver reporting dashboards that enhance business insight, drive process improvements, and reduce risk, using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database Server, SQL, Tableau, QlikSense, MS Excel, GraphQL. Lead the definition, planning and execution of internal technical inventory reporting dashboards as individual products with correlating Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) plans, milestones and JIRA-based progress tracking while evaluating plans and deliverables for business and enterprise risk. Engage with clients and ensure the business requirements are being adequately prioritized with appropriate solutions. Leverage SQL and Excel for both analytical purposes and to support aligned software engineering team. Gather and analyze bank's requirements for technology inventory and reference data and translate it into an actionable backlog and roadmap. Define the product’s goals and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs, using MS Visio, Erwin, MagicDraw. Prioritize backlog recorded in JIRA, delivery of cross team projects, and provide subject matter expertise on the aligned product. Identify and report risks that are encountered as part of day-to-day operations, utilizing JIRA, Confluence and Agile practices such as Scrum. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Information Systems and Operations Management, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Data Visualization Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Visualization Engineer Senior Associate or related position involving product management processes for global institutions. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated field and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
