Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Applied Scientist with domain expertise in causal inference, reinforcement learning. multi agent systems, agentic AI as well as LLMs who will lead development of new algorithms and E2E solutions. You will be part of a team of applied scientists and software development engineers responsible for research, design, development and deployment of algorithms into production pipelines. As a technologist, you will also drive publications of original work in top-tier conferences in Machine Learning. You will be expected to deal with ambiguity! We're looking for someone with outstanding analytical abilities and someone comfortable working with cross-functional teams and systems. You must be a self-starter and be able to learn on the go.
A day in the life

- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience in building machine learning models for business application
- Experience in applied research

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
