- Manage the project plan related to documentation release landmarks- Receive and audit Bill of Materials structure during development, design, procurement, configuration, and service requirements - Develop and maintain processes, policies, and tools that consistently define and manage the critical data of the new product release and change process- Occasionally provide off-hours support during high-volume periods.
- Minimum of 3+ years relevant proven Change Management experience and AA degree in technical field
- Experience with PLM Tools
- Experience with ERP Tool
- Expertise in documentation control and change management standard methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Outstanding time management: can easily multi-task and prioritize; looks ahead to manage known day-to-day tasks to support unforeseeable needs that may arise
- Is motivated to proactively seek out answers, independently applying resources
- Embraces and promotes change within an organization to adapt with evolving business needs; drives administrative requirements vital to facilitate change
