You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the company's bottom line by ensuring timely and accurate production schedules, minimizing waste, and maximizing resource utilization. Your ability to effectively plan and schedule production activities will directly contribute to meeting customer demands and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·Release production orders in alignment with the master production schedule
·Solve material related problems
Supporting Bin Stocking/pull based processes
·Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
·Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
·Continually optimize and monitor inventory
·Provide data and analysis to make decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
·Escalate shortages and potential shortages
·Close coordination with cross functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality control to resolve production issues and meet production goals.
· Understand work center capacity constraints
· Communicate estimated ship dates as needed
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

•Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
•3+ years of production scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain experience
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Experience with production planning and scheduling software
•Knowledge of inventory management •Bachelor’s Degree
•Some experience in manufacturing
•Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
•Mentor junior members or peers
•In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems
