Key Responsibilities
• Product management for stationary refrigerants (especially focusing on Commercial refrigeration), Manage internal product
process (price, package, distribution, sales channels etc.)
• Support mid-term strategy process (STRAP) with alignment with Global & APAC team
• Identify new business opportunities and convert with new HFO products
• Conduct periodical VOCs with OEMs as well as channel partners
• Drive the local down-packing project (transfilling from ISO or storage tank to small cylinders for new refrigerant )
• Market research for local refrigerant market and update to APAC/ global team
• Advocate HFO technologies into industry/market including PR/GR activities.
• Manage customer relationship (OEM, channels, business partners)
• Handle technical queries to consult APAC/ global technical team for solutions
