OTC Junior Accountant

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

• OTC Cycle Support: Assist with order management, billing, and collections to ensure a smooth OTC process.
• Revenue Recognition: Help ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Customer Credit Management: Support the management of customer credit assessments and resolve disputes as they arise.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing OTC processes and adopting new technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to improve OTC operations and efficiency.
• Performance Metrics: Assist in maintaining and improving service performance metrics reports as needed.
• Work Coordination: Provide updates on work in progress, assist in planning and coordinating tasks, and escalate issues promptly while seeking resolutions.
• Quality Service: Deliver quality, cost-effective service and actively seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide analyses and summaries of information as requested.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an OTC or related role.
• Knowledge of OTC tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
