Strong demonstrable experience in a Technical Ad Operations/Customer Support Role, preferably within the online advertising industry.
Proven experience collaborating with customers, product, and engineering teams, with the talent to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience in providing high-level customer satisfaction, resolving problems in a timely manner.
Proven ability to mentor internal partners on effective troubleshooting and resolution strategies.
Ability to resolve issues while handling competing priorities.
Must have demonstrable creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
Strong verbal, organisational and time management skills required.
Incredible attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Excellent knowledge of the online advertising landscape.
Demonstrable knowledge of various ad serving platforms & MMPs (GAM, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc).
Experience with leading and developing UAT test plans.
Experience with SQL, writing and troubleshooting queries.
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau & ThoughtSpot.
Skilled in Excel and data-driven analysis.
Programming experience with languages such as Python & Javascript.
Experience with REST APIs, integration and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent is beneficial
Experience with a formal project management methods.
Experience writing and reviewing technical requirements documentation.
