We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative
Office Manager / Administrative Assistantto support our client onsite in Albany, NY. Supporting the Division of Design unit, you'll manage meeting schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for staff along with handling correspondences, emails, and phone calls. You'll maintain organized and accurate staff records and databases such as seating charts, staff organizational charts, etc. and order and maintain office supply inventory. You'll submit and reconcile expense reports, assist with taking meeting notes and general project filing and document organization. You'll ensure the proper operation and maintenance of office equipment and provide general support to visitors.
5+ years of administrative support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven self-starter, proactive, with the ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload
Potential occasional travel for meetings/trainings to satellite offices or contractors' sites within New York State
