The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Interface and work with Design Team, outsourced vendors and Outsource Design partners as related to product technical issues, engineering changes.

  • Work on new process, tools, and projects for server platformtechnical/engineeringissues, provide clear and accurate status updates, and methodically determine the next steps towards a final Root Cause and resolution.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electricity, Mechatronics, or computer engineering.

  • Basic knowledge about Lab equipment: oscilloscopes, probes, multimeters, programmers, etc. to analyze low and high-speed electronic signals.

  • Basic knowledge about PC component architecture (CPU, motherboard, memory, storage, video, USB, networking, wireless) and how variations to each component affect overall PC functionality and performance.

  • Basic experience with Windows and Linux OS.

  • Basic knowledge on serve architecture.

  • Basic to Intermediate English skills.

  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Knowledge of PCB design and manufacturing process.

  • Self-motivation and being capable of keeping track of your project.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills; be capable of communicating with internal and external customers and be a strong team player with customers.

  • Acceptable fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.

  • Strategic thinking and system design to implement tools and process changes.
