Your key responsibilities

· Conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand the end to end business process requirements and creating comprehensive business process maps and Functional specifications documents

· Collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly stated out and are well understood by IT implementation team for maximum value creation.

· Guide IT Implementation teams in development phase and resolving their queries in the most effective manner

· Develop test strategy, functional test scenarios/test cases and conduct functional testing to ensure that build is as per the requirements and the business requirements are fully delivered.

· Proactively identify risk and take appropriate risk mitigation measures to ensure minimum impact to the project scope, timelines and deliverables quality

· Undertake quality reviews to ensure deliverables are of high quality and comply with quality standards and industry best practices

· Creating user manuals and other training materials for Business users enablement

· Change management to help organizations and users embrace change with minimum of disruption by designing effective ways of communicating and delivering change

· Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.

· Experience in Agile and DevOps(CI/CD) methodologies with hands on experience with trading systems, Portfolio management, accounting, market data and data warehouse, middle ware tools and test management tools like JIRA etc.

· Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.

To qualify for the role you must have

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / MBA

3 to 6 year experience in payroll domain
