Job Description:

: Associate, Investment Banking, Natural Resources & Energy Transition (NET)

Responsibilities:

• Project management on live M&A transactions

• Financial analysis including valuation, benchmarking and merger modelling

• Preparation of management and board materials, information memos and other transaction documents

• Building relationships with colleagues across product, sector and regional teams

• Supporting due diligence and deal documentation

• Research on the industry and companies as well as supporting idea generation

• Day to day coordination of junior execution team

• Strong and proven financial analysis and modelling skills

• High attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams and individuals
