Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in Enterprise Architecture, you will be at the forefront of designing architectural standards and governance approaches, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and processes. You will collaborate with research and development divisions to identify and establish target state blueprints and architecture vision for the enterprise. This role will challenge you to navigate complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.

- Develops solutions to complex problems and recommends changes to policies that affect the immediate work area and possibly the business function within own area/department

- Responsible for the overall development and ongoing maintenance of the Nexus Operating System (OS), with pods and/or PO’s of pods reporting into this role
- Event Microservices
- Adopt (currently MAP, NDS, Config Studio, Ops Console, Hub, Dev Portal)
- Connect (specifically the maintenance of existing/harvesting from solutions)
- Data (currently out of scope)
- Responsible for a clearly defined, multi-year roadmap of all platform assets
- Responsible for the support model for Nexus OS (ex. What releases are supported, communication of major, minor, and patch releases)
- Infrastructure cost management and optimization of Platform (hosting, maintaining, etc.)
- Informed of new front door solutions to provide insights on existing assets which may be leveraged or extended and provide point of view on new assets which should become part of the Platform
- Responsible for delivery metrics (balanced scorecard)
- Quality
- Backlog/Roadmap depth and readiness
- Responsible for the support guilds which exist across sectors
- Solution Architecture guild (incl. overall arch approach)
- DevOps guild (incl. overall DevOps cost/optimization)
- Performance Testing guild
- UX guild
- Scrum master guild
- Responsible for the global architectural strategy, approach, and conformance which all sectors should adhere to
- Example 1: Health adoption of Nexus Event
- Example 2: Alignment of CT FSO, CT Consulting, P&P, etc.
- Example 3: Industry Cloud Approach
- Key stakeholder in the Product Council and Core Leadership meetings
- Responsible for delivery metrics (balanced scorecard)
- Overall quality (all sectors + platform)
- Overall conformance (all sectors)
- Overall health (all sectors + platform)
- Responsible for the sector solution maintenance approach
- Informed of overall alliances approach with delivery metrics on key alliances (usage, readiness, etc.)
- Coordination with sales, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master's degree preferred
- Experience typically preferred: no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience
- Architectural Guidelines / Handbook Development

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,000 to $342,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,000 to $389,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
