Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment & Support :
- Perform technical activities and tasks alongside TAMs throughout the deployment process.
- Execute playbook-based network engineering and security-related tasks at multiple sites and deployment efforts globally (remote work possible).
- Provide supplemental coverage to TAM processes and tasks based on your area of proficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting Armis integrations and network connectivity, including root cause analysis and debugging.
- Collaboration & Efficiency :
- Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive account success, scalability, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate the ability to dive deep into security topics and tools.
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Selenium and build API queries.
- Organization & Reporting :
- Track and report on cases and tasks under your responsibility.
- Familiarity with Python scripting, coding, and automation (Python, API, HTML).
- B.S. in IT, IS, CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks at scale.
- 2+ years of experience in a service delivery capacity for small to enterprise-sized solutions.
- Ability to learn, understand, and showcase new technologies and solutions.
- Become a product expert with a deep understanding of all Armis features and offerings.
- Understanding of IT vulnerabilities and IoT security.
- Network experience is a plus.
- Automation experience is a plus.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
- Up to 40-50% travel
- Scripting : Python, API, HTML.
- Networking : Network engineering, troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity : IT vulnerabilities, IoT security.
- CCENT, CCNA, Programming languages, Linux+, Security+, Cloud.
