In this role, you will…

  • Develop and establish scalable, repeatable, measurable processes ensuring contracts are structured, processed efficiently and aligned with internal company policies whilst meeting specific customer requirements
  • In alignment with sales leadership, develop and execute iTero forecasting and funnel management strategy leveraging functional tools and sales effectiveness accountability
  • Implement sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives
  • Ensure that the current tools & processes are designed to generate seller efficiency and market growth
  • Partner with Marketing and sales leaders to ensure appropriate sales tools are developed, adopted, and utilized in an effective and efficient manner
  • Lead highly visible, transformational projects that positively impact the sales process
  • Create and improve processes for optimizing selling opportunities within the Americas
  • Responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to field sellers on funnel management and pipeline/forecast health
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement tools and work constantly to reduce non-revenue generating activities and improve the overall seller experience
  • Seek out procedural and strategic continuous improvement opportunities while establishing cross functional relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement sales technology solutions to improve workflow and eliminate manual tasks

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Masters Degree Preferred)
  • 4-6 years of Sales Operations experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • com and SQL experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
