- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience within the entertainment industry or creator-driven companies (e.g., video platforms, creator service providers, talent and management companies).
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing and negotiating agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or JD.
- 5 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Ability to grow in fluid, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous execution, and relationships drive success.
- Ability to use data to diagnose issues and opportunities within the creator ecosystem.
