- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in assessing, studying, or launching carbon removal projects or technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in a technical or environmental discipline related to carbon removal.
- Knowledge of carbon removal and other credit types, including direct air capture, biomass carbon removal and storage, alkalinity-based pathways such as enhanced rock weathering, nature-based pathways such as reforestation, and non-CO2 gas destruction.
- Ability to independently shape and drive programs in ambiguous environments.
