Responsibilities:

- Analyze high-speed digital and RF circuits to ensure signal integrity.

- Perform signal integrity simulations using industry-standard tools such as Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS.

- Conduct pre- and post-layout signal integrity analysis and provide design recommendations.

- Develop and execute test plans for signal integrity validation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve signal integrity issues in prototype and production hardware.

- Document signal integrity analysis and validation results.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in signal integrity engineering, with a focus on high-speed digital and RF circuits.

- Proficiency in using Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS for signal integrity simulations.

- Strong understanding of signal integrity principles, including transmission line theory, crosstalk, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).

- Experience with PCB layout tools and design for signal integrity.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other signal integrity tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of high-speed serial interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet).

- Familiarity with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards and testing.

- Understanding of scripting languages such as Python or TCK/TK.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $77,000- $110,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
