- Understand and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Profinet, ASi), motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
- Programming and source coding for in-house built solutions based in PLC or PC controllers and SCADA/OEE platforms.
- Lead international innovate solutions related to Automation Systems.
- Project Management (PM) of large-scale initiatives that will require work activities coordination of site-based Automation Engineers (AE) to accomplish goals of the business.- Create, optimize and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for control the efficiency, availability and quality of the machines, generating reports for improvement purposes.

- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby

- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
