As a Line of Business Risk Specialist Sr within PNC’s Risk and Resiliency organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Preferred skills include, but not limited to:
• Handling the BAU processes when it comes to policies and procedures, as well as non-compliance instances
• Understanding of risk, controls, policy and procedure and be able to write effectively and clearly as it relates to policies
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Technology risk experience preferred
• Experience in Excel
• Experience in Archer preferred
• Experience in PowerPoint preferred
• ISACA certification is a plus
Job Description
  • Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
  • Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
  • Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.

Certifications are often desired.
