What we are looking for
- 5+ Years of Experience: As a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer or similar client-facing tech roles, preferably within the Payments industry or SaaS.
- Technical Background: 3+ years hands-on coding experience with proficiency in any popular language. Expertise in integrating B2B APIs, debugging, log analysis and troubleshooting.
- High Degree of Ownership: Growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis. Balance strategic thinking and perfectionism versus making progress and getting things done.
- Communication & Customer Focus: You can articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, are obsessed with keeping communication channels active and empathetic to customer needs, able to rally internal teams behind the customer.
- Leader and Team Player: You are stellar at what you do and take pride in your work. You will have the freedom, flexibility and support to build things your way, provided you prioritize the team’s needs above your own.
