What you'll do:
- Work on core Total Rewards deliverables, focusing on equity & benefits scenarios and their interfaces with 3rd party solutions- Work on technical design, implementation of decomposed user stories, testing, and release management, ensuring a reliable & efficient delivery
- Consult our HR stakeholders on technical feasibility and limitations- Help improve our agile ways working
- Work with our strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run, ensuring stable operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes & the quality of our user experience
What you bring:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
- Desire and ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
- Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
- Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions and technology
- Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
- Proficient with ABAP in the context of HR and web development
- Hands-on experience: Webdynpro ABAP, FIORI apps, oData Services
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes in the Rewards & Incentives domain
