As aSenior HR Partner
In this role, you will report to the Country HR Leader and you will work inout of the Warsaw office. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Find and fix significant risks that would impact the business
- Align internal policies to relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance; provide location-specific HR expertise
- Deploy HR solutions locally and build high performing teams; cultivate a pool of talented leaders and managers
- Implement talent solutions and guide managers on tools to find, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategy, influence managers to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity
- Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business; focus on succession planning
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven HR Generalist / HR Partner experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition, strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in managing employee relations as well as driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in using various tools and platforms to generate insights and reports
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
- Advanced level of English and Fluent Polish
