What you'll do

As an Associate Finance Consultant within ASC S/4HANA Cloud you will guide our customers to success with their cloud transformation. The role requires deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success.

Required skills:

• Cloud mindset with focus on ensuring continuous adoption, customer success and references for S/4HANA Cloud customers. Ability to articulate solution capabilities, value, and differences from other deployment options.
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger (ML), and Asset Accounting (AA) – emphasis on generalist knowledge / business experience and the ability to deep dive if required
• Have Finance experience or Financial background in constructive discussions and conversations from a business perspective.
• Have industry business knowledge and experience that can provide consulting to at least one industry.
• Have problem-solving ability, such as presenting countermeasures to customers and leading them to solutions to problems. Or, you have the framework.
• In addition, have English communication skills that can collaborate and collaborate with consultants within the SAP Group.

Preferred skills

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• SAP Finance & Accounting Solution Architect design experience a plus
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of at least one industry / solution segment
• 1 to 3 years customer facing experience in a consulting capacity
• Any ERP or SAP product delivery experience is preferred
