What you will accomplish :

• Lead and manage geographically distributed engineering scrum team that focus on developing, upgrading, scaling and advancing our flagship mobile experience

• Drive the technical architecture and implementation of mobile platform and solutions ensuring security, scalability, reliability, performance, and amazing user experience

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for mobile development aligned with business goals

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product leaders, marketing, sales, and customer experience to ensure seamless collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment

• Track and report project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes

• Develop and acquire talent and expertise required for successful execution of engineering priorities
  

What you will bring :

• 5+ years of experience managing and leading mobile engineering teams

• Strong knowledge of native mobile app architecture, design patterns, and lifecycle, both iOS and Android

• Leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals

• Strong background in hiring, retaining, and developing software engineers and leaders

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization

• Ability to triage and manage complex production issues

• Experience leading teams using agile planning principles like Scrum for estimating, planning, retrospectives, etc. is preferred
