Analytics & Data Science Delivery
Design and deliver interactive dashboards, AI-driven data products, and predictive ML models to enable business-critical decision-making.
Lead initiatives to predict customer behavior, including purchase patterns, CRM campaign responses, and churn/upsell/cross-sell potential.
Oversee product analytics efforts, including experiment design, A/B testing, and statistical validation, to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary analytics partner to senior business leaders in Focus Categories (Fashion, Collectibles, Vehicle Parts & Accessories, Live Commerce).
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations, influencing strategic decisions across category management and customer engagement.
Represent the India Analytics Center to global stakeholders, building trust and credibility through impactful delivery.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Champion the application of advanced ML modeling techniques to business challenges.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and tools in AI/ML for competitive advantage.
Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, data quality, and automation.
Candidate Qualifications
Experience
12–15 years of progressive experience in data analytics and data science, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of applying analytics in a consumer internet / e-commerce environment highly preferred.
Strong people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams of 15+ professionals.
Technical Expertise
Hands-on background as an analyst/data scientist, with deep proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and standard ML libraries.
Exposure to advanced ML techniques (predictive modeling, classification, clustering, recommendation engines, NLP).
Expertise in product analytics: experimentation frameworks, A/B testing platforms, and causal inference techniques.
Strong understanding of data visualization, BI tools, and dashboard design.
Educational Background
Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) is a plus.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences and influence at senior levels.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and an entrepreneurial spirit.
