Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in tax.
Preferred qualifications:
- JD or Master's degree in Taxation.
- Certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and organizing large volumes of tax data.
- Knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax principles.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets or spreadsheet),corporate tax preparation software (ONESOURCE, Corptax, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent technical tax skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to non-tax personnel, and work separately and have accountability for various areas of the compliance and provision functions.
