System Test Engineer
Lead the definition, development, implementation, documentation, and management of component and subsystem interfaces in the PACS Systems. Build design guidelines and specifications for modular and scalable interface architecture and design, addressing performance, serviceability and upgradeability. In a global organization, coordinate efforts to establish sustenance of the install base as well as transformation to the new products and solution offerings.

- Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on system specifications and clinical workflow requirements.
- Execute Testing: Perform various types of testing, including system, regression, load, and acceptance testing, to ensure software meets specified standards.
- Defect Management: Identify, analyze, and document software defects. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues.
- Clinical Workflow Testing: Focus on testing clinical workflows to ensure they are accurate, efficient, and meet user requirements. Perform clinical validation of new clinical features and engage with post market product assessment.
- Identify gaps between product functionality and clinical needs.
- Review and refine product requirements from a clinical standpoint.
- Provide feedback to Product Owners (POs) and developers on medical and usability aspects.
- Documentation: Create logs to document testing phases, defects, and corrective actions. Generate comprehensive test reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and clinical experts, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and conduct UAT to validate the system with end-users.
