As a Client Service Associate, you will be a part of a fun, engaging, empowered, and inclusive team environment where we care about each other and every client we serve. You will provide exceptional leadership and effective guidance to a rotating team of Investment Professionals. These professionals focus on delivering quality interactions and serve a variety of unique types of accounts and client segments including Self-Directed Investing, Chase Private Client, and the JPM Private Bank. Successful Client Service Associates, under the guidance of a Client Service Leader, should bring a passion for developing talent and creating meaningful experiences for both clients and program participants.
- Serve as an Subject Matter Expert “SME” for customer service issues
- Create an outstanding employee experience and a winning culture, resulting in a place where people are excited to come to work every day
- Responsible for day to day employee activities including coaching, time keeping, performance management, and recognition
- Strategic and tactical scheduling and floor management to meet service levels
- Periodically handling client calls to maintain product and procedure knowledge
- Act as an expert for internal systems and processes
- Conducting call observations to review quality of service provided
- Fostering and developing partnerships across the enterprise
- Participate in working groups for various projects or pilot programs to drive process improvement
- Engage in monthly self-development activities
- Act as delegate for certain manager duties
- Partner closely with the Wealth Management teams to ensure a smooth delivery of client and employee experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment related roles, with a focus on customer service and support
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) required, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements
- Strong compliance record in previous position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change
- Strong business and investment acumen; knowledge of Investment Products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) etc.
- Effective client profiling and discussion techniques, active listening skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply

- Proven experience in a leadership capacity, ability to motivate at an individual and team level
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, highly professional, and experienced in creating and presenting information
- Bachelors degree in finance, business management, economics, or related area
