Job responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of and support the execution of people strategy and goals for the broader organization by providing knowledge of HR operations, policies and processes and acts as an intermediary between HR Business Advisors and other HR teams.
  • Create reports that provide insight into key data points to establish and drive progress against people priorities and initiatives within the business. Utilize various tools to provide data that is presentation ready and can tell the story.
  • Observe risk and control policies and practices, anticipates and escalates risk matters promptly, and appropriately engages HRBPs, managers, Employee Relations (‘ER’), Compliance, Legal or other firm-wide Control Functions as required.
  • Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Partner with HR colleagues to drive efficiencies and leverage best practices.
  • Provide support during high demand HR events such as performance and talent management cycles with reporting and/or presentations and system updates.
  • Deliver own activities from end to end effectively; leverages HR tools and resources to manage case and project components effectively.
  • Listen and ensure written and oral communications are clear, concise and timely; leverages multiple communication vehicles (i.e., phone, email, Microsoft Teams) at the right time, to engage and keep clients informed.
  • Demonstrate Self-Development – displays a commitment to self-development; gradually increases knowledge of the business, HR policies and processes, and assume more complex work over time across varied HR case types; monitors personal development plan using HR tools; takes ownership and responsibility for personal and professional growth and career.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with clients and HR
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
