- Support the development of experiences for how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products across our marketplace and social platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
4+years of experience defining and developing consumer facing digital shopping journeys, or e-commerce experience for a premium global brand.
Good knowledge of China retail industry trends, marketplaces and social platforms including AliPay, WeChat, Tmall, Douyin etc.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS in related field or MBA preferred.
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and demonstrate resourcefulness.
Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to help develop innovative customer experiences and shopping journeys.
Good communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate and influence across teams to drive results.
