KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage engineering projects for the development and productionof generators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success andcustomer satisfaction.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes andpractices.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Present deliverable status and participate in meetings with customer Flying Whales.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of engineering hardware.
• Coordinatetesting for deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in English with high proficiency
• Knowledge of generators and motors.

• Experience in the aerospace oraviation industry
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact with our customers (internal and external).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
