What you'll be doing - Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet intricate business requirements.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to development standards.
- Proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal Salesforce system performance and scalability as the organization grows.
- Leading the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other critical business systems, together with the integration team.
- Working on improving the Account Management, Sales Processes, CPQ functionality and working with the architects and other leads to understand the industry and identify new technology fits.
What we're looking for - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security model, Apex development, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is crucial.
