Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in law enforcement, intelligence or in a military role, or similar private sector.
Experience working in a security operations center in an international company.
Experience working in a changing and dynamic organization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex international environment.
Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
Experience in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
Experience managing remote teams, with global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.
