Responsibilities
You will engage with and reaches out to customers with coaching and guidance from others and develop an understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps as well as drive technical wins with support from peers.
You will engage other resources, leveraging basic resource knowledge for key areas of technology as needed to overcome technical blockers on assigned technology set.
You will engage in partner sell-with scenarios, build your awarenss of parter technical capacity through observation and review customer interactions to raise competitive information and contribute to the product strategy by soliciting and communication customer feedback.
You will tailor Microsoft standard messaging to the aidience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products and contribute to demonstrations of soluitons and present reference architecture to partners or customers for key parts of their technology sets.
You will build your own awareness of digital transformation sales methodoligies and consume and levrage readienss materials to expand your domain knowledge and practice expertise as you promote readiness to internal teams and actively participate as a member of the Microsoft tech community.
