Responsibilities

• Manage CTRAs and payments in collaboration with finance/budgeting representatives.

• Develop, control, update, and closeout country and site budgets while also developing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts.

• Track and report contract negotiations and maintain contract templates in cooperation with the Legal Department.

• Calculate and execute payments to investigators, vendors, and grants, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance procedures.

• Monitor and track adherence and disclosures, and organize meetings including the creation and tracking of study memos/letters/protocols.

• Act as a process Subject Matter Expert (SME), recommending continuous improvements and providing training and mentorship to junior CTCs.

• Contribute to CTC team knowledge by sharing best practices and providing training as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Clinical Research or relevant healthcare experience, with completed job training in office management, administration, finance, or health care, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Fluent in Local Languages and business proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.

• Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these guidelines, with hands-on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.

• Good IT skills, including the use of MS office and clinical IT applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel.

• ICHGCP Knowledge appropriate to role, excellent negotiation skills for CTCs in finance area, and highly effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• High sense of accountability and urgency, with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing environment, and work effectively in a matrix multicultural environment.

• Demonstrates commitment to Customer focus, both internally and externally, with the ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, propose solutions, and maintain a positive, growth mindset.
