You will report directly to Aerospace APAC CFO, and you'll work in Shanghai, China
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis activities for the Aerospace business unit in the APAC region
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar high-tech industry
• Knowledge of APAC financial regulations and market dynamics
