What you’ll be doing:
Assist with Red and Purple Team operations focused on realistic adversary simulation and exploitation
Help plan and execute assessments, contributing to domain-wide and product-specific testing efforts
Participate in open-box (collaborative) security reviews of NVIDIA technologies and platforms
Work with experienced operators to develop or modify tools, scripts, and techniques to support engagement goals
Document findings and help communicate risk clearly to engineers and stakeholders
Learn from senior team members and threat hunters through collaboration on investigations and detection tuning
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in a security-focused role, ideally with experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security research
Understanding of common attack techniques across Windows and Linux environments
Familiarity with common tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, BloodHound)
Strong desire to grow and improve through mentorship and challenging assessments
Respectful, responsible approach to offensive testing – we break things carefully and fix them fast
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience scripting or modifying tools in Python, PowerShell, or Go
Certifications like OSCP or PNPT
Contribution to security blogs, writeups, or open-source projects
Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure), containers (Kubernetes/Docker), or enterprise IT environments
Passion for learning new techniques, and an attitude passionate about collaboration over competition
