Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE- Building software and systems to manage infrastructure and applications through automation- Measurement and optimization of system performance and availability- Capacity planning and management- Exploring and evaluating new technologies and solutions to push our capabilities forward
Key Qualifications
  • Track record of building and managing high-performance SRE teams
  • Experience with distributed systems in a production operations environment
  • Experience applying software engineering to solve large scale operational problems (Java and Golang preferred)
  • Experience building and managing mission critical systems on top of modern cloud services
  • Deep systems and infrastructure knowledge
  • Track record of improving service reliability and efficiency whilst lowering operational cost
  • Experience with SRE goals, processes and culture
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time with high quality
Education & Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,400 and $316,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
