What you'll do:
- Security Architecture: Develop and implement cutting-edge security systems, mitigating potential risks.
- Security Auditing: Conduct comprehensive security audits for our software solutions, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective countermeasures.
- Incident Response: Lead effective responses to security incidents, minimizing potential damage and downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement solutions that enhance system security and reliability.
- Best Practice Development: Create and maintain documentation on security practices and protocols, sharing knowledge and training team members to elevate the overall security practice.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the Security Engineering team.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or security engineering, with a strong focus on security systems development and auditing.
- Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of secure system design, networking, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage highly secure software development.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to perform comprehensive security audits and develop actionable countermeasures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with security and incident management tools
- Innovative Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing best practices in security and system reliability.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
