Responsibilities:
- Analyze, identify and communicate drivers of variance in banks Capital Ratio forecasts and its components (PnL, Balance Sheet, OCI, Losses, RWA)
- Drive end to end analytics across multiple workstreams, prepare presentation materials for senior stakeholders (e.g., for the Capital Committee and the Board of Directors, IA, and regulators)
- Build interactive business intelligence dashboards that allows users to perform drill down analytics swiftly and efficiently
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders across workstreams / business and /or other team members; Build strong relationships with workstream leads, PMO team, and business stakeholders
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, Economics or any quantitative field with 7+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications; Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- Understanding of CCAR/DFAST regulatory environment preferred.
- Experience working with large data sets and various sources.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Coding / programming knowledge preferred but not mandatory
