On your typical day you will be mostly responsible for:
The process of Net Asset Value Review verification, as well as resolving ad-hoc cases and data inconsistencies . Overseeing Clients’ financial instruments and Fund Accounting records
Working with Citi booking, safekeeping, clearing and tracking systems
Working closely with Citi Clients – powerful financial institutions
Identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process that leads to implementing more robust controls. Participation in preparations for internal and external audits
Actively engagement in improvement initiatives, procedures updates and systems enhancements in Warsaw. Support of the team in nonstandard situations which require expert knowledge and expertise.
Constant on-the –job training which will give you end-to-end product knowledge
Intense development of your communication in English (both written and verbal) and diplomacy skills
Cooperation with the biggest financial intermediaries across the world (500+ list), central banks and governments
Possibility to work from home/remotely partially under hybrid model
Self-motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills – excellent English is a must,
Experienced capital markets professionals - 2years experiencein financial services working with various financial instruments, investment funds, account maintenance,
Able to work efficiently under time pressure and flexible in terms of working hours
