- Support the project team by preparation of budget PTs, ETC preparation, project finance health monitoring ·
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met. Coordinate with various teams to track progress and address any delays.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure transparency and accuracy in all project documentation.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews as necessary.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Track costs, unbilled, over/under runs, preparation of project scenarios, POC analysis, Change management, unbilled, project closeouts, DSO, etc.
