Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess process capabilities, prioritize process improvement opportunities, and innovate and implement process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes
  • Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation
  • Execute the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems
  • Prepare and present technical data and recommendations at technical reviews
  • Write validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements (e.g., BOM’s, Routers, FMEA’s, etc.)
  • Oversee development builds associated with the project using special work requests
  • Develop qualified production lines
  • Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package
  • Contribute ideas to or generate Intellectual Property submissions
  • Possibly supervise and/or mentor engineers with the team

Required qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, or BS in closely related field with strong mechanical background
  • 7+ years of professional engineering experience relevant to this role
  • Demonstrated use of DFSS tools (DOE, problem solving)
  • Demonstrated cross functional teamwork in technically demanding environment
  • Open to occasional travel, including internationally (anticipated travel 10%-15%)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in related field
  • Highly motivated individual that can independently drive deliverables to completion through collaboration among team members
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive innovative solutions into processes and products
  • Medical device design experience, specifically new product development
  • Familiar with motion control and troubleshooting microelectronic applications

Maximum Salary: $ 188300

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
