Key job responsibilities
What you will do: As a member of a product team you will own Nitro Card/s development tasks, including micro-architecture, lead indirect design engineers activities across disciplines (board design, schematics, layout, SI/PI, ME/TE, etc), and review design reports. You will lead a card project through its development milestones: kickoff, prototypes, design exit, validation exit, engineering samples approval, early production approval and mass production approval. You will work with multiple non HW teams, such as: firmware, quality and reliability, SoC, Supply-Chain and more - that has deliveries for the projects. You will also provide leadership by driving the teams around you to raise the bar and deliver higher quality product on behalf of Amazon customers You will be involved in architecture decisions, and integrations that includes your card/s.

The LE is expected to drive and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and cross functionally manage other internal team members. Responsibilities include, technical leading, coordination and planning during the product development from kick off to mass production. The individual must demonstrate technical leadership to:Some International travel expected.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- * At least 10 year experience leading hardware products from design to mass production: life cycle, components selection, schematic/ layout/ thermal/ mechanical design/ review, hardware-software interfaces, production testing.
- * At least 10 years’ experience in high speed board design and practical hardware lab.
- * Design/lab experience at least at one of the following interfaces: DDR4/5, PCIE Gen 4/5, 100/25 GbE, practical experience with high speed lab equipment.
- * Willing to travel 3-4 times a year, 1 week duration.
- * Practical experience with Bash/Python scripts
