Responsibilities:
- The team are responsible for performing reconciliations of currency positions across 32 currencies on 10 branches; to ensure anomalies are identified and rectified to avoid exposure to the Bank owing to FX & Money transactions.
- You will liaise with Traders and Internal Business Partners including Global Money Desk, Investigations, Loans and Finance.
- You will input adjustments to Traders Positions where applicable.
- You will identify, Investigate, escalate, and manage breaks through to resolution.
- You will provide oversight for the team ensuring teams workload is sufficiently allocated.
- You will assist with end of day QA/Controls where required.
- You will assist with creation of monthly reporting decks and capacity management tools.
- You will provide support across projects and OpEx initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- You will have knowledge of the GBS system.
- You will be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You will have understanding or experience in reconciliations processes.
- You will have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have a Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment.
- You will be able to prioritize, use your own initiative and be flexible.
- You will have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You will be able to work as part of a team both onshore and offshore.
